Fit and Align Your Recupe Sleeve
Align your sleeve by first grabbing the top Velcro straps and positioning the tag in the middle calf. Fasten the top Velcro straps so that the sleeve is snuggly holding onto the leg. Fasten the bottom Velcro straps and rotate sleeve until comfortable.

Attach the Controller
Attach your Recupe Rechargeable Battery Controller onto the side of the compression sleeve by firmly pressing it on to the connector. To remove the controller hold the release buttons on the corners of the controller and pull to separate the controller and sleeve.

Switch On. Select Settings. Relax.
Hold the Power button for 2 seconds until lights appear on. Select your mode by pressing the M button. Heating intesnsity is indicated by the light 1 to 3. Press the "Plus" or "Minus" buttons to decrease or increase the pressure intensity.
