We want you to love your Recupe products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products must be in original packaging.

Opened or used items will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and assess the returned item.
Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days only for unopened items.

Items must be in original, sealed packaging.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect within the first year, we’ve got you covered.

We offer a 1-year warranty on all manufacturing defects.

To initiate a claim, email info@recupe.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and a short video demonstrating the fault.

If approved, we’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Please retain all original packaging during this process.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or warranty claim, contact us at info@recupe.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to avoid processing delays.
